Training

Log the set and get back to the bar

Every row is filled from your plan, with last time's numbers beside it. An ordinary set is one tap. A different one is a few keys on a keypad built for the gym, not a phone keyboard that covers the screen.

  • A rest timer that reaches you. Scheduled with the phone's system, so it fires with the screen off and the app closed.
  • Nothing is lost. Each set is saved the moment you log it. A dead battery or a phone call doesn't end the session.
  • Supersets, warm-ups, drop sets and failure sets. Swap an exercise when the machine is taken, add or skip one mid-session.
  • Forgot to log? Add or fix a past workout afterwards in the same editor.

A routine written for you

Answer a few questions about your goal, days, time and equipment. FitTide drafts a full routine in seconds that you can swap, edit and keep.

Ready-made plans

Browse routines by goal, level, days per week and equipment. Copy one and make it yours.

Your own builder

Routines, workouts, exercises and sets, arranged the way you train. A searchable exercise library, filtered by muscle and equipment, plus your own movements.

Nutrition

Log a meal in the time it takes to eat it

Search a food database built for the foods people actually eat, or skip typing altogether. Photograph your plate, scan a nutrition label, or just say what you had.

  • Photo, label or voice. FitTide estimates each item and you confirm before anything is saved.
  • Targets that fit your goal. Calories and macros, adjusted to your goal, with your meals laid out the way your day runs.
  • Water and supplements. A glass at a time, and a daily checklist for what you take.

Body

The change you can't see week to week

Weight, body fat, a full set of circumferences and progress photos, all logged from one sheet on one day. Log twice and you correct that day instead of adding a second point.

  • Guided measuring. Where to put the tape for each site, so this month compares with the last.
  • Photos side by side. Front, side and back check-ins, compared by date.
  • No opinion on direction. A change is shown as a change, never as a red or green verdict. You decide what progress means.

Progress

See how it all adds up

Progress brings training, food and body onto one page. Every figure comes with a plain explanation of what it measures, how it's calculated and what it can't tell you.

  • Personal Records and exercise trends. Your best sets, and how each lift moves over months.
  • Sets by muscle and Muscle Recovery. What you trained this week, and what has had time to recover.
  • Runs and rides count too. Activities from Health Connect, Apple Health and Strava appear beside your gym sessions.

Around your day

Built for the gym floor and the kitchen counter

Most of a tracker's job happens in the ninety seconds between sets or the minute before you eat. FitTide is designed for those moments.

Works with no signal

Everything lives on your phone first. Basement gyms are the normal case.

Syncs across devices

Sign in on a new phone and your history is there. Edits made offline sync when you're back.

Home-screen widgets

Water, supplements and food logging from the home screen, or a long-press on the app icon.

Health Connect and Apple Health

Bring in weight and activities, and save your sessions back. Only if you turn it on.

Reminders you set

Meals, water, supplements and check-ins, at the times you choose. Nothing else.

kg or lb, cm or in

Pick your units per measure. Switch any time; your history converts with you.

FAQ

Questions worth answering early

When does FitTide launch?

The app is in final development and testing. It will launch on Android and iOS. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when it's available.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Your data is stored on your phone first, so workouts, meals and measurements all work with no signal. Photo and label scanning and routine generation need a connection.

Will the rest timer fire if my screen is off?

Yes. Rest is scheduled with the phone's system rather than counted inside the app, so the alert arrives with the phone in your pocket.

How accurate is meal scanning?

It's an estimate. FitTide identifies each item and its portion, and you review and adjust before anything is saved. Scanning a nutrition label reads the printed values directly.

Can I use it with my watch or running app?

FitTide connects to Health Connect on Android, Apple Health on iOS, and Strava. Runs, rides and other activities appear in your progress beside your gym training.

What happens to my data?

It's stored on your phone and synced to your account so you can use more than one device. We don't sell it or show ads. You can delete your account and everything in it from the app. Details are in the privacy policy.

How much will it cost?

Logging is free, permanently. A paid plan for trends and training insight will come later; pricing hasn't been set.
